Maclean Bowling Club reserves the right to alter the event time, judging arrangements or categories if required. Entrants will be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes associated with Maclean Bowling Club, Clarence River Jockey Club and event sponsors. Entrants must be appropriately dressed for a family-friendly event. All entrants must be present at the main stage area when the category is announced. Each category will take approximately 5–10 minutes depending on the number of entrants. Entrants for each category will be grouped and given a number to display for the judges. Entrants will be shortlisted by the judges and a winner and runner-up will be announced. Winner and runner-up will be presented with a sash and a prize envelope and asked to participate in promotional photographs. Family Fashions entrants must include at least one entrant from the Kids categories and a minimum of two additional family members Judges' decisions are final.
