Maclean Bowling Club has all your function needs covered with a small meeting room (suitable for 10 people), a medium sized meeting room (suitable for 20 people), dining room + new adjoining cocktail bar, soundproof conference room (suitable for 40 people) and main auditorium (suitable for 250 people or 300 theatre style).

Meeting Rooms

SMALL
Suitable for up to 15 people, the meeting room contains a kitchenette and AV facilities.

MEDIUM
Suitable for up to 20 people, this meeting room is located in the Club's dining room area and offers a TV with HDMI.

Conference Room

Sound-proof conference room suitable for up to 40 people theatre-style and 20 people classroom-style.

This room is usually booked for staff training sessions and meetings.
It has a bathroom and a TV with HDMI.

Dining Room

Suitable for up to 80 people, this room is most commonly used for functions such as birthdays, presentations and cocktail parties.

The room offers a TV with HDMI for laptop presentations and a PA system.

This room has access to the Motel and adjoins the Club's new cocktail bar as well as the children's indoor play room.

Main Auditorium

This is the largest of the Club’s function areas and can comfortably cater for up to 200 people seated at tables of six or 250 people seated theatre-style.

The auditorium offers a large screen projector, PA system, a stage and dance floor.
